I use Dr. Brown and have a small cleaner that I don't actually like for the nipples; I use my finger mostly when I'm soaking them. Q tip is a great idea. I'll have to remember that!

i agree with lil lady... my finger works best but i find it uncomfortable and a hassle lol... i have the TOMMEE TIPPEE bottle brush and it separates at the middle and the other half is a nipple cleaner, its plastic and has little vertical slits i press the nipple against it and it gets it all out.. but! I also rinse all bottles out right after each feeding and then wash them all throughly at night after shes in bed, so i rarely have any milk residue anyways... i have also found that using the palmolive baby soap works better, i buy it in walmart in the baby section by the diaper rash creams, i used to use regular dish soap and sterilize afterwards but noticed they were getting a yellowish tint.. this soap is clear and i can sterilize every other day rather than everyday, its spr gentle and took the tint away...

Let the dog lick it clean.

Just kidding I have no idea I don't use bottles. Can you put them in the dishwasher?  There are dishwasher baskets for them.
