My friend and I were talking about our pre pregnancy wardrobe today while we were at the mall. We both were frustrated that we seem to have so many sizes in our closet :P. I feel fortunate that I fit into my pre pregnancy clothes and even was able to wear my skinny jeans only six weeks after delivery. I still feel like I have a long way to go though before I feel proud of my body. I need to spend more time working out my abs!
At 5 months I was able to but I did zero exercise or healthy eating lol but it seems like im shaped funny now and things aren't where they used to be! Hubby is getting our bicycles out and fixing them so we can do family bike rides
Agreed things aren't where they used to be :/
after my first baby i left the hospital in my pre preg clothes but was not that fortunate the second and third time around.... i am size 7 and i really want my size 2 back :(
Well, I am wearing them...but that doesn't mean I should be! :) In other words, I've definitely got some serious muffin top going on!
I was able to wear mine about 2 months after babies, but the fit wasn't exactly like before babies! I actually started working out about 7 weeks ago & have lost about 8 lbs, but having twins REALLY did a number on the elasticity of my stomach muscles. I don't know if I'll ever be back to "normal".
I was back into my pre-pregnancy pants about 6-8 weeks after delivering our twins. Although to this day there are a few pairs that are a "little snug". I finally sucked it up a few months ago and went up a size but today I am too small to wear them and are back into my old pants. My co-workers think i'm a b&%$# for losing the weight so quickly, especially because I am NOT a healthy eater and I despise excercise.
seattleview - BAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!! I can say that I am some days guilty of this too.
brandi - I feel the same way. I worked out 8 weeks after having the girls and even though I did shed some pounds the "pooch" never took a hike :(
I've got muffin top too :(
Wow good job ladies you all are awesome!!
