Sorry if tmi!!!!!!! Would love some advice

This is a bit embaressing but I know all of you are very supportive.  I am 31 weeks pregnant now - yay I'm so close yet so far away :)

Whenever I go number twos by rectum always protrudes out.  I know that it is not haemarroids because I have had that during this pregnancy and that looked like little bubbles where as this feels like a big soft thing.  I know I am not pushing hard because I am scared that it will come out more but it just makes me scared to go number twos so I just do as much as I can till I can feel it protruding and then I stop.

I have done a bit of research adn I do know it is common during pregnancy.  I have an appointment with my doctor next Wednesday to talk to her about it.  I have been getting this sharp pains off and on on my right side to the point where I need to just sit down and rest and then they go away.  I am starting to think it is a bit of gas build up from not doing number twos.

Does anyone have any advice to ease the pain or to stop it from happening.  I am guessing my doctor is going to tell me there is nothing that can be done and it will correct itself after the baby is born.  I am getting to the point where my butt is sore, my legs are sore, and my pelvis is falling apart lol.

Any advice would be great.

I know this sounds funny but if you are having the major gas pains (they are terrible) my OB told me the same trick we use for newborns to help them relieve gas by taking their legs and pushing up toward their stomachs can also be used for us. Instead of pushing our legs up (lol) he said to sit in a sitting position and lean forward and then back to a straight position five to six times a go and eventually it helps to push the gas down and (embarrassing time) out...lol! He did say however if this exercise only intensified the gas-like pains then it probably was not gas and to stop doing the exercise.

The best thing to do is use tucks hemoroids pads to help w the uncomfortable feeling. But even more important is FIBER and water. I take fiber choice chewable orange flavor pills every day they are safe in pregnancy and make going number two so much more pleasant. The more water you consume the easier things go through you. So basically the key is to make it so you are just shy of the runs that way you don't have to strain. Holding it in is very bad for you as it causes toxin buildup in your body and can actually make you very sick or even kill you. Though it would take a long while of holding it in to kill you (Approx a week) but before then it would make you feel ill, nausea, cramps, stomach or side pains and such. So my suggestion is start taking fiber. You want to start slowly small dose increasing every few days till you get desired results. If you go from none to lots of fiber very quickly you are going to be SO gassy like crazy gassy nobody will want to be in the same house as you.

I'm not sure.  I believe I have had hemoroids because that looked like a little bubble out of my bum lol.  With this the best way to describe it would be the way you fold socks how you roll them  inside each other and it puffs on the outside and and hollow on the inside.  I will have to ask my doctor, from what I have read there is nothing that can really be done and it should go when I'm not pregnant anymore but it still ***** :)

Are you positive its' not hemoroids? i know from what ive heard they can come in variable sizes lol .... but other then that i dont' know much more about them because i didn't get them. i do however get achey in that area tho...like somethings trying to come thru. .....but yea other then that we already talked about the sore legs and feeling that the pelvic is going to crash down lol
