chiropractor or physio

Hey all

Now that we all have our babies  I was wandering what everyone was doing abour post pregnancy back pain.  My pelvis is stuffed and so is my lower back.  I struggle to walk without it hurting so I am tossing up between a physio or a chiropractor.  I have also thought about an osteopath.  I really need to get it sorted because I am tired of being in so much pain :)

Trh you don't want to produce as much as I am OMG it's a pain I am constantly engorged and uncomfortable and I can't expose my nipples to the air without them spraying milk forcefully. It's crazy!  And my letdown is painful :P

I definitely don't have the milk problem. I get really full when it's been 2-3 hours but it's so rare to get 2-3 hours. HA! At night I fill up since Annabelle will sleep longer stretch but I am still waiting to produce tons like you are. I definitely can tell I'm producing more these days but still not the level of extra I would like.

Trh I still can't lay flat on my tummy either because too much milk in the boobies LOL

I don't have any real back pain but plan to start back to my regular massages soon. I still can't lay comfortably on my stomach after c-section so I have to wait but look forward to having a good rubdown soon!

I would have to agree!!!  I haven't been yet just waiting for my body to get back into order.  I am hoping to go this week but we will see.

A good chiro is important. I have seen some cr@p ones too then I found my current one and I think I'm addicted LOL only thing better than getting adjusted by my chiro is sex!!  The chiro is even better than coffee or chocolate!

oh cool thanks for that.  I will do some research and find a good one because the one I went to during my second pregnancy was terrible :)

I went to the chiro and in one visit they fixed me :D.
