Breastfeeding at 9m

Curious who is breast AND bottle feeding and which feedings you weened first.  Annabelle is 9 months and I nurse her in the morning, after lunch and before bed. She takes two bottles during the day at daycare - one before and one after I nurse her.  I am dropping the middle of the day nursing after Christmas but hope to keep the morning and bedtime for as long as I can. Just wondering which one I should drop if/when I need to.

She weened herself this week of the mid day feeding. She wasn't the least bit interested when I went to visit her after lunch and instead took an additional bottle that day. But she is still totally into her morning and bedtime feeding and I plan to keep both going as long as I can or until she decides to stop, whichever comes first.

I agree w/ Sun. It's great that you have been BF for so long. :)
When you say "who is breast and bottle feeding?" Do you mean bottle feeding formula or breastmilk?

There is no reason to wean anytime soon if you desire to BF for longer. The AAP recommends BF for at least the first year and the WHO recommends BF for at least the first 2, both recommend continuing past that point for as long as mother and baby desire.

I think it will depend upon which see is least attached to. Go with your gut. You are her momma so you know best :). Congratulations on bf for this long and continuing to provide her the best start in life. It takes a lot of dedication and even more so for a working mom to provide breastmilk. You are amazing, Annabelle is so lucky to have you as her mom
