US was fine :))

Well I went for my US today and I was bricking it because I just get so nervous before them. Anyway I said to her can you please show me the heartbeats immediately and she did!! My babies are measuring 27mm and 26mm (They look just like yours Kash in your last US). She didn't let us hear the heartbeats but to be honest we didn't need to they were pumping away like mad. She did something with the machine which mapped out the heartbeat of one of the twins and she said that it was perfectly normal.
They were moving as well!!!
I could see their arms and legs even though they will only be mm.
My twins are on top of each other (in separate sacs) and they are lying at right angles to each other. So if we looked at CRL of one we could only see the top of the head of the other.
She said she thinks she can see two separate placentas but she cannot confirm this until 12 weeks and so my next US is on 3/7.
She was annoyed (but not with me) that I had been sent back at 8 weeks but she actually dated me at 9W3D (This is completely wrong I KNOW I am 8W5D) but the stupid Doctor booked the appointment and he's still going by my LMP so it's his fault :)

No vag US but there is no way we could be 9W3D because we only BD'd on the 25 and 26 of April and before that it was 28/3 when I ovulated. I will be 9 weeks tomorrow.

Oh am so happy for u stresshead. Its is such a relief to see ur little one's hearts beating away and to see the babies moving can be so exciting. We had seen Baby A twitching in our last U/S but to see them moving will be so much better:))
26 and 27 mm is a lot bigger than my last U/S. For me Baby A measured 8w1d (17.3mm) and baby B was 17.6 mm. So if he's dating u 9w3d (I think he's right) ..and ur little ones are growing faster :)
So did he do a vag U/S for u??
