Support Belt
Hiya Girls,
I just bought a support belt and I feel so much better walking around since I put it on! Also when i laid down and turn on my side it didn't hurt or stretch my skin, my belly just stayed where it was. I'm gonna ask my OB Monday if it's safe to sleep in because I bet I could get the best nights sleep if I was wearing it.
I got it from Mothercare which is a shop in the UK but I am sure you could get them online. It's a real help to those of you who are bigger than you thought you'd be or tiny and struggling to carry your load.
