Mine doesn't - I'm kind of like AP - I think I'm further along than the scans and measurements are saying.  But only by about a week, so it could go either way.  My husband and I were talking last night and we were wondering what the statistics are on babies being delivered on their due dates and how many come early or late...

I personally dont' think they are accurate at all. I would be ciked if they took another 10 days off of mine. What is your baby's measurments? Honestly I think I'm alot further along than what I'm being told! Are you nervous about the change or happy?

I don't really have any experience in this - as I am a first timer, but I know my dr. measures me each time and the baby on the scan and compares it to my EDD to see if its still accurate.  So, if my dr. told me that the baby was now measuring sooner - I would take that as a new due date.  But,  I also know that sometimes you just have a big baby and the baby could be measuring ahead of the growth chart and that not really mean that the due date should change.  Has your Dr. been measuring your uterus (externally)?  From what my dr. says that in conjunction with your scan is the best indicator because if your due date should be different both baby and uterus would measure accordingly.  Call your Dr. or call and ask to speak to one of his/her nurses and see what they say.  How far along are you?
