Keep track of them... make sure you don't get more than 4 in an hour.  I agree - I am almost afraid to move - like I'm going to tear something!

Well i think every pregnancy is different. With my first i didnt feel one till probably 25-30 weeks. I'm just more aware now I think. You actually start having BH in the first trimester, but we never feel them.
Well u will know when u have one. Your whole stomach tightens, some people feel pain some dont. I do with the extreme ones. To me it feels like someone stabbing me really low in the stomach. You can't move.

I told my OB that I have been getting BH and he didn't believe me, he said there is no mention of them in any of his medical journals prior to 24 weeks. Now, I love my doctor but I know what I am feeling and they are not ligament pains like he suggested, they are BH.

Thats crazy. My doctor has been asking me since like 15 weeks if I've been having them, like he knows it's coming.

I have been having them for about 3 wks now and they are painful. I don't get them everyday but when I do I just stop and breathe. Mine are about a minute long. How long are yours have you timed them?
