CPC
I had my 19 wk ultrasound and all has come back with good results except my baby boy has one CPC. I am being sent for a level 2 ultrasound as the tech could not get a clear view of the babies hands and feet due to positioning. What are the odds that something is wrong with my little boy?
Thank you all so much for your messages. I received a call yesterday afternoon and I have my level 2 ultrasound scheduled for Tuesday morning. The nurse also took some time to explain that 9 times out of 10 the results come back normal and that they are just seeing more of these now due to the advancements in ultrasounds. Like Amy, her daughter was also diagnosed with a CP cysts and it went away on its own and she now has a healthy young girl.
I still won't feel at ease until I have the final results. I will keep you all posted and really appreciate the time you took in responding to my question. It really means a lot.

Oh I just read Karen's post. My daughter my baby was diagnosed with that at 17 wks and I actually had to get and amnio etc. When she was born nothing she was totally normal and healthy. I would get a 2nd opinion. Please don't get discouraged. It can happen I thought I was having a baby with donw syndrome she is now 4 going on 14 and smarter than I'am Lol. No downs nothing but a cute lil personality. Best wishes to you and let me know what happens.

I'm so sorry. I'm not sure what cpc is but I hope it's just a overlook on the techs part. Best wishes to you and let me know what happens!

Update us when you find out more, I will keep you and your son in my prayers. Praying does miracles...especially when its a mother praying over her child. Have they rescheduled another u/s, to look at the hands and feet again? When was the last u/s you had before the 19 week one?
