I am 17 weeks and am having lower left side back pain
Dear Doctors, I am a 20 year old female and I am 17 weeks pregnant. I have been having pain on the lower left side of my back. It hurts when I am walking, sleeping on that side, or if I cough. I am worried I might have a kidney infection. My pee has been cloudy, but I have had no pain urinating. I am wondering if that is possible or if something else could be wrong. Thank you so much for your time.
I'm not a dr but I have had 3 kids with my 4th on the way. It's most likely your sciatica which is a nerve that gets affected by the weight of your uterus and baby. If your ins convers it a chiropractor will help you but in the mean time maybe a massage and think about purchasing a pg pillow. Welcome to the joys of pregnancy not to scare you but by the 3rd trimster the pain is double. Good luck...
