Primrose Oil
ok, well I'm 40 weeks and FED UP! I started taking primrose oil tonight, 1 capsule orally and will insert one capsule vaginnally at betime...
can you tell that I AM DONE? Seriously, I just want this over already!

Isabella- Any new changes since using the oil? I'm on the edge of my seat!!!!!
suck on the core of a fresh pineapple. you can eat the rest if you want as well but the enzimes that are needed are around the core.
Isabella- I read up last week on natural ways to induce labor it's like anything else there are pros and cons to it! I would do it but with the complications I had with my pg I dont' want to play with fire I'm going to ask my dr on tues when I see him. The other part is there is no way I can reach my cervix etc. I can't even bend over to tie my shoe or get in and out of the shower without the help of my dh! I think these capsules you have to insert and rub on your cervix so ya that is the main reason why I will probably do jumping jacks instead! LOL. Keep me posted I'm dying to know if it helps you! I have also read semen helps to induce labor but I have yet to break my water etc! I'm 38 wks tomorrow so we'll see what happens in the next few wks. I honestly thought a few wks ago I was going to have delivered him by now ! Ha I was wrong!

oh honey, I am so tired too, I heard primrose oil helps but like anyting else it might do nothing too. A friend of mind has been aking it for the last 2 weeks and she is anyways overdue, so they are inducing her. So who knows if it really helps or not.
ive heard caster oil can give u a very sore stomach so i would avoid that, my midwife told me to drink raspberry leaf tea, walk up and down stairs, rock on a gym ball and have sex
I've been reading about it so let me knopw if it works for you they also say caster oil works let me know about that as well .....good luck
