SNT 7-8-09

Well, this morning around 1:30, I started having contractions. We headed off to the hospital at about 2:30 and checked in at 3. After 5 hours, at about 8 am, I was 5 centimeters dilated. The epidural was then given. The rest of the labor was a whole lot easier. I started pushing around 11:05, and at 11:14 am, she arrived. Sophia Nicole was 7 pounds, 4 ounces and 20 inches long. She was born at 39 weeks, 2 days. She was originally due on July 14, 2009. By 5:45 pm, I was already packed up and ready to go home with our new arrival.
