1st time mama

Okay so I am new to all this. I am 32 weeks tomorrow. Have been having period cramps in my lower abdominal area. I have noticed he is dropping bigtimeee. I feel sometimes like his fingernails or something trying to dig at my vagina. That's how I can explain it. I was carrying verrrrry high, the only movement I feel is low now. No bleeding. Discharge though. I know TMI lol. I have hypertension and am being induced july 23rd. A week early of my due date july 30th.at 28 weeks my son measured at 32 weeks. And he was alreadddddy 4 lbs. My doctor is thinking I am going to be having a BIG BOY. I am a big woman and may have to have a c section since I have a few other complications. I have an OB apt today. I am going to let him know about the severe cramping. A couple times I've been in tears from it. Also I haven't lost any mucus plug yet...I have been on the look out. People can't believe how much I've dropped..... my OB told me at 36 weeks hell determine what's gonna happen. But I definitely feel pressure, lots of cramping. Or is it braxton hicks? My pelvic bone feels like its ripping apart when i walk sit anything lol Let me know your opinions. I hope everyone is doing well.

saw my OB today. He thinks its braxton hicks and pelvic pain combind. Since he was soooo big at 28 weeks. (4 lbs already) they are going to do an ultrasound to measure his weight again wed, then I have a non stress test. To check him out. Ifffff he is still growing rapid and is HUGE he may induce me 2 weeks early rather tthen1. Its a 50/50 chance of c section buttttt we are opting nottttt to. More risks when u r a bigger woman. The epidural wont work, and may have to go under a general anisthetic.... and high risk of infection They just don't know. At 36 weeks if I go that far they will determine then. I am praying for the best. I am hopeful that everything will be ok. I can def feel him low. He's definitely dropping. Lol I try to rest now much as I can. I am a busssssy body lol but my body is tellin me SIT DOWN JENN ITS TIME TO REST lol.

I've been feeling like this the last couple weeks and it's been ever since my baby has dropped. It's more than likely pelvic pain. I've been suffering with it pretty bad lately. Def mention it to your doctor though.

ya its common for it to get really uncomfortable after baby drops|(baby can drop this early or even earlier, still can be several weeks before baby arrives- no way of knowing)... the baby is adding pressure to your already stretching pelvic bone/entire area and with that lovely hormone relaxin your joints are expanding past what they normally would.... which hurts...  have you been on your feet a lot or doing a lot of walking? i know i get really sore and crampy from my tummy muscles getting stretched if i dont rest or take breaks... plus your still growing and now baby is picking up speed growing so the closer you get to the end the more maxed out for stretching and space you have... but cramping can really be anything at this point and its good that you are gonna talk to your Dr... more than likely its nothing but its always good to be on the safe side

With my last pregnancy i had really bad hip/tail bone pain and it sucked, and my daughter never techinically "dropped" so i guess it was just from the added weight on the pelvic area and the relaxin it was causing a lot of pain... she was head down and i felt her down low... trust me she had a good jab! but she never actually engaged enough to cause labour... so i cant actually compare what your feeling but i can say that the end can be really rough on a girl....hang in there!!
