Feeling like lead

Since waking up today my entire body feels like it is filled with lead. My legs, arms, hands, even fingers feel incredibly heavy and I have had such terrible fatigue that after having breakfast, I went right back to bed and didn't wake till one in the afternoon. (I originally woke at 8am) Even now I am still heavy and worn, and I haven't a clue what to do about it. Any suggestions?

oh and as far as suggestions go... really just listen to your body, if you are able to nap then take full advantage! you need your rest! But if thats not possible and your concerned your sleeping too much then i suggest regular light exercise like taking walks, it actually helps wake you up and feel better, increases circulation, improves digestion, and releases endorphins- your natural happy drug!

your body is working in overtime mode right now and baby is taking a lot from you in this last bit of growth so fatigue is very common!! last night i worked a 12 hour night shift and OMG im feeling it today! i was able to sleep for a few hours in the AM and then we went to the city for shopping and honestly i could have fell asleep walking! im still exhausted!! i work casual and with a bunch of changes going on at work this next week is really busy so no one was allowed to take holidays so unless someone calls in sick i prob wont be picking up any shifts so last night was possibly my last for a year!!(i put in my notice for mat leave to be done this sat-23) thank goodness cause honestly my body is starting to drag!!

Yeah I take prenatals and my iron levels have been good so that's not it. Its been a rough week and I've been non stop to keep my mind off of things, hubby says that's probably worn me down. I've slept a lot though, and still can't shake that heavy feeling. Its driving me nuts. :(
