today

Is the day I go to be induced. I have an appt at 330 to get checked then the hospital at 4. Kinda nervous. I was all excited this AM but my family is stressing me out already. They may be doing cervidil tonight which stays in for 12 hrs and my and my family wants to come at 4. I understand threy are excited but visiting hrs are over at 8 and they can't.come in anyways. And if I hear hurry and get this baby out one.more time. Im having horrible anxiety and they aren't even thinking about how I feel. Should be a happy day and they are just blowing it for me.

i would tell your family that you need to rest while you can and that youll let them know when/if your up for company... your gonna have a baby(rest is a good idea) and everyone is different when it comes to inductions and how fast the cervadil may take effect... with me it was 2 hours after they inserted it and i was having pretty intense contractions...

PS i dont know the time difference between us but if your already getting induced.... good luck and i cant wait to hear that baby has arrived!

So sorry!! I have been hearing that for a while and I am 5 days past my due date now... Trust me I have had tons of phone calls, texts, emails, you name it of people asking if anything is happening. Not to mention my sisters saying ok lets go for a walk, ok have lots of sex, ok here let me due pressure points!! I know they are all excited but its not changing anything to mention it over and over and over again!!! She will come when she is ready and I am ok with that. They just arent lol. Good luck to you! Enjoy your baby when finally get to meet!! :)
