Heyy MedHelp Friends!

I'm 8wks1dy and I'm sooo tired I don't know what to do..I slept 8hrs and woke up feeling like I haven't slept in 2dys..I don't understand I don't even want to walk to the store I want fresh air but will not leave the house please have sum advice its to the point where I wanna drink coffee n I haven't drank that in 8yrs..

Thanx all for the advice I think the fatigue part of the pregnancy is the worst...just cant wait til its ova..good luck all nd thanx again.

I know what you mean. I feel like a zombie all the time. Running around after my 3 yr old and full time job which is a 2 hour commute might go some way to explaining mine! You might find you're asleep but not in a deep enough sleep to get the rest you need. A couple more weeks and you should start to level out and energy levels pick up. I always think of it as good practice for when the baby arrives :-) make sure you're spending at least an hour before bed unwinding so that you can switch off. Don't hit the caffeine as it'll only make things worse. Good luck x

Getting out for a short walk might help you. I know the fatigue really *****, hopefully some fresh air and blood pumping will alleviate it for you.
