who gave birth without using the epidural?????????

hi I just was watching DR OZ said that the epidural has tons of side effects, It can paralyse people and cause strock and death just guys go to youtube n see what he is saying about it but believe me guys u will get scared about epidural in breef  my main question is that :does anybody give birth without epidural?? I heard that it sooths the pain but no one can give birth without that epidural ....

I have high blood pressure so it was scheduled early on. But my daughter never turned and was breach so would have been c-section either way.

I had scheduled c-section and will again so I'm pretty sure the drugs will be pumping :-)

i mean I totally understand where ur coming from of not wanting to take them I don't take mine right now bc there way to big for me to swollow

with my first son I took an epidural because it was my first child, and from what I see in movies (when the women scream when they are giving birth), so I was very afraid, so I took an epidural, but with my second I was a little braver and did it with out the epidural, I tell you it was very painfull, but the feeling of them pulling my son out of me was so reat, I will never forget it, it was the best feeling I have ever felt.
I am glad that I delivered my second son with out epidural.. after all the pain is only temporarily so why do you want to take a chance on hurting your self or the baby???
I have to tell you that after I took the epidural with my first child, my lower back always hurts... so I really don't recommend it, and now I am pregnant with my third child, I am not gonna take the epidural.

yeah u totally right...  I know that in the last trimester the baby gets one pound each week n if u take the prenatal it will help the baby to get more weight u know what I.mean but what people recommend to do is to avoid nap n excessive salt n sugar n talke a walk as much as u can so that ur labor will not be difficult......

I had an epidural. the chances of something going wrong is slim to none. however, my epidural failed so It was as if I had natural child birth. my daughter wss 10.5lbs! so I have never experienced a pain so bad in my life. I def would not recommend you getting of prenatals. if it contributes to the child being bigger its bc its healthier. you dont want the child underweight bc of the fear of the pain during delivery.

even if you stop taking them the baby still grows a pound every week when you get closer to due date.. u can just take half of one or something lol and no problem (: im here to help anyone and everyone I can (:(:

I heard that the prenatal vitmn that we take make the baby bigger an bigger so I think I will have to stop it in my last trimester an avoid sugar n salt n sleep n take a walk out instead so ur labor will not get agonizing

you really never know if you wanna get it or not until your actually in labor I mean labor does hurt but, no needle is going in my back I already have back problems as it is, I mean labor with my kids it just feels like a burning pain and ripping pain down there bc of the babies head and shoulders.. my daughter was bigger than my son but with her I just layed there didn't really have a lot of pain with her but with my son I screamed 2 times and said 1 cuss word.. I didn't do that with my daughter I said ouch really soft when they pulled her shoulders out but that was about it they say the first baby always hurts worse then the others I believe that is right they also say it gets easier after you have the first one that's right to, atleast I believe so.. the it just depends on how big the baby is to how much itll hurt..

this is my first pregancy n iam little worried about labor how is that? plus I already had one miscarriage n I exprienced a very arduous moment and a strong pain have u ever miscarried?n how is labor?

does that hurt or not ? a friend of mine gave birth with it an told me the pain of labor is unbelievable she said it is so agonizing u can.not give birth without it

I gave birth to my 2 kids without it.. I don't think I wanna get it..
