Constipation making me crazy!! TMI

Hey ladies hope we are all doing well. As for me this constipation is making me a crazy person. I get bloated and swear I'm passing rabbit poo....sorry TMI!! I really hate taking any meds and have been trying to deal with this naturally but it has gotten to the point that I need something! I have been eating TONS OF FRUIT and drinking plenty of water...o and drinking prune juice at night (which gives me HORRIBLE GAS)!! I just can't deal with it anymore so I am gonna take something. My dr's are pretty relaxed so they said I can take just about anything....any suggestions ladies??? Anything that has worked for you naturally or orally? Thanks!

I take a natural substance called Senikot - i actually took 1 tablet this morning and thinking i should just take 1 a week to sensure that things dont get too backed up TMI:)
it is 100% natural and pregnant women can take up to 3 at a time.

I don't know what kind of meds to take but I ate lots of vegetables and drink lots of water and it seems to keep me pretty regular.

Well, after I gave birth, the doctor recommended miralax..I don't know if you can take it while pregnant.  I really liked it.  It's a powder you mix in any drink and it doesn't have a flavor.  It eased my mind about going to the bathroom after I had the baby...I was nervous about pooing with everything all sensitive down there (I also had an episiotomy).

For food to help you go, I recommend quaker oatmeal squares.  I eat it pretty much every day and it helps keep me regular. :-)
