I had my baby girl on 3/23.  It's been going good so far - my mother is here helping us out.  Our night feeding schedule is 10pm,  2pm and 6am - these are approximate,  of course and baby Neena sets the actual times,  but we're ahppy t be getting 4 hour stretches of sleep.  We do the 10pm feeding together - then I do the 2am and DH does the 6am,  after which she usually goes back to sleep again until a little after 8am.  
She's a little fussy in the evenings,  but I suppose that's normal for now.
