If its pain then def get it checked out....pressure causing some pain is probably baby moving down and stretching everything out getting you ready for birth.  I feel like I am waddling around 1/2 bent over grabbing my stomach most of the time.  Hopefully once your little one settles in a bit it won't be so sharp pain and just more of an uncomfortable weight and stretching feeling.

I was kinda having the same pain. At first I thought it was just the little guy sitting, pushing, poking, kicking my bladder but then it got a little worse so I went to my doc and they did some tests and it came back that I had/have a bladder infection.(went in yesterday..got my antibiotics this morning) If it goes untreated it can cause serious damage to both you and baby...cranberry juice helps the symptoms but not the infection...nothing OTC can fix it..but it will make you feel better. So I'd just ask them to check it out..just to be on the safe side. :)

I would say the baby has dropped, I have this same complaint and had a complete checkup and my midwife said the baby's head is in place and thats why it feels like I have a bladder infection....

I too have been feeling the same thing (lots of pain).  More than likely the baby has dropped causing the increased pressure on the bladder causing you to urinate more frequently and the pain is from stretching caused by the baby's lower position.  I asked my doctor at my last apt and thats what they told me.  They also did a check for a UTI and that came back fine.  Just let your doc know at the next apt.

I don't know - I have been going to the bathroom so much lately - like every 2 hours at least! At work it seems like every time I stand up I have to go!  But, I haven't had any pain... maybe someone else give more input!
