Quesrion About Morning Sickness

Ok. I am in my 8th week.  Every since week 6.  I am always nauseated.  I get so nauseated to the point I am always gagging, like something wants to come up but I never vomit.  Can this still be considered a good sign?  I know they say the more you vomit the better the chances of having a healthy baby.

So what do you all think?

I almost never vomit with my morning sickness.  With my first (who's now 22 months) I threw up twice during the entire pregnancy and he's very healthy!  Many women never have morning sickness and still have healthy babies!

Also, with my second pregnancy I threw up all the time, but ended up having a missed miscarriage, so that's totally a myth!
