Fatigue

Hello everyone I am 9 wks 4 days. I know fatigue is a common symptom at this time. However, I am extremely tired usually in the early evening around dinner time. Sometimes I find myself taking 2-3 hour naps. Anyone else experiencing this? My friend jokingly said "maybe it's twins" but seriously could that be true? I have had only 1 visit to the dr & Havn't had any tests/bloodwork done yet so I guess ill have to wait to know for sure. Just thought I'd ask for your thoughts & opinions.

I am only 6 wks 5 days . I have been worried that maybe I'm having twins because of the way I've been feeling. It just feels different than my others. Hopefully that means it's a boy because we have 3 girls.
I have been tired and hungry since I got my +. Recently the hunger has let up some, but for awhile I would wake up and my stomach would have an ache. If my stomach is empty I start feeling really nauseous. I have been having off and on back pain for the past 2 weeks. Which could just be due to this being my 4th.

I have a doctor appt on tuesday. They are doing bloodwork and an ultrasound.

Thanks everyone for the info. Glad to know I'm not the only one like this. It just seems as though I have no energy & I am usually the type that's running around all day. Hoping it gets better in 2nd trimester. Good luck to all you mommies!

I was tired like that with my first pregnancy too. Not so much with this one yet, but I'm a few weeks behind you. Congrats! And enjoy those naps!
