Im 28wks+1 and I've been having difficulty sleeping also.  I try my very best to sleep on my left side with pillows and cushion against my back and a pillow between my knees and ankle and pillow to rest my arm on.  I often switch from left side to right side as my upper uterus just under my left breast to the centre hurts sometimes.  Sometimes i end up on my back.  sleep is a constant battle.  I sometimes use a thin pillow under my stomach but whenever i do, there is so much movement from the baby i wonder if Im making him uncomfortable and so i remove it.  This my first pregnancy.

I can only lay on my side now with a full length support pillow to wrap my legs around any other position just makes want to pee too much pressure on my bladder

I've been using my snoogle... I think that's how you spell it. I got when I was pregnant last time. It is the best pregnancy pillow I could find. I tried 4 different kinds. I love it.

I have to sleep with a huge body pillow too! Its funny because it's as long as I am! I also sleep with the top leg bent and my belly resting on it! I also find that when I can't sleep, I will go out to the living room on the recliner! I have only done that a couple times, but when I have to work, I need to find somewhere to sleep!
