Exercise in early pregnancy

I am not sure if I'm pregnant but I'm five days before my period is due yet I've has pms symptoms since last week so I think I may be. For my husbands birthday I had planned a 30 mile rollerblade - we've done long rollerblades together before and I am an avid runner. However I'm concerned that much exercise won't be safe. Do you think I'll be okay?

I think if your body is used to it you are fine. I continued to play volleyball and workout in the gym for my first trimester. Hope you get a BFP!!
