Our dr allowed us to ttc right away. I had a mmc and a d&c on October 5th. Got a positive again Nov 19th.  I have had bleeding and my hcg doesn't seem to be rising. I'm currently waiting to see if I have already miscarried. I'd advise waiting a cycle so you your body is ready.

The recommendation varies from Dr to Dr. My Dr told me traditionally they recommended 6 months but studies have show no coorilation between waiting and an increase in successful pregnancy. She told me there was no reason physically I needed to wait if I didn't want to, but recommended waiting till after the first menstrual cycle for dating purposes. However I personally was very off on my cycle for some time after my DNC. It took me 6 months to become regular and fall pregnant again while it has never taken me more then two cycles otherwise. So while there is no need to wait don't get disheartened if it doesn't happen right away while you're hormones straighten themselves out.

I'm so sorry, ideally they say two months after the dnc just so you and your body have had time to process whats happened x
