Do laxatives affect your chances of getting pregnant?

Unfortunately I take laxatives (prescribed by a doctor) weekly. I worry that taking these my affect my fertility? I do not know this and will ask my specialist on my next appointment on the 29th of June however I would love to hear from you in the mean time.

Check with your doctor but I don't think it should affect things
