Does anyone else have any experiences TTC like this?

DH (dear husband) & I have been TTC (trying to conceive) for approx. 8 mos now. I'm 22 and I have never concieved before, DH (dear husband) already has 2 kiddos (DD - 5yo & DS (dear son) - 9yo). My AF (Aunt Flo - menstruation/period) is normally 5 days, heavy bleeding with clots and bad cramps for the first 3 days (sorry TMI), however this month's period and last month's period have been lighter than normal. 2 days of heavy bleeding with 1 day of cramps and clots. By day 3 there's no clots and little blood. By day 4 there's scanty amounts of blood. Day 5 is now non-existent. My cycle is normally 25 days; last months was 23 days. My breast are definitely larger and not reducing in size once I start to bleed so...yea...idk what's up with that. I took a blood test after lasts months anomaly - BFN. I took a hpt probably a week before I started bleeding this month BFN. I have no insurance and the ER doctors won't take me serious due to my negative tests. I know most women have a missed period during pregnancy but we all know cryptic pregnancy exsist but is massively overlooked. Is there anything I can do besides just wait to see if a baby pops out? Seriously...I need major advice and BD!!

Sorry my phone acts up. Which normally for me I need a pad. I thought maybe that's my new period and would wait till the next month to see how it would be. Never came and was 2 weeks late which can be normal for me but never showed and I tested and my weird period is the one I would conceive baby #2. I'm now 13 weeks and due October 19
