Uterine Polyps and Gastroschisis. Can I have a baby?

I was born with gastroschisis and have a 5-6 inch scar across where my belly button should be. I had surgery less than a year ago to cut the scar tissue as it was affecting my ability to eat proper amounts without feeling pain. My scar is still attached to my abdominal wall and I still feel some pain(tightness) whenever I get bloated. About a month ago i was diagnosed with uterine polyps. I've had three polyps fall out over the past year and I'm concerned that i won't be able to have children. Any advice??
