Missed Period by 2 weeks and negative test

I have missed my period by 2 weeks.  I have done 2 pregnancy tests and both came back negative.  My cycle is usually pretty regular and I am very worried now.  I only have sex with one partner but was having sex with other people.  We had sex 2 times in the last month, once mid cycle during ovulation (and my partner had risky sex a day before that where a condom broke with an at risk individual in a HIV at risk area).  We had sex for the 2nd time around window where I was supposed to have my period.  He ejaculated in me both times. I know pregnancy can still be a possibility and I'm going for blood work on the 17th.  Here are my 2 questions:

1.  If he contracted and passed on any std's could this affect my cycle?
2.  If he contracted and passed on hiv could this affect my cycle?

Very worried everyone who can please reply with as much information as possible.  I know I ****** up but please advise.

Could HIV have caused me to miss my period?

P.S. Oral sex is out of the question, too, as HIV is passed via four bodily fluids: semen, vaginal fluids, breastmilk and blood. Having oral sex puts you and others at risk IF you did indeed contract HIV or if you did not and want to avoid contracting it.

I used to be an HIV/AIDS Educator for the Red Cross several years ago so I'm rusty on my knowledge. STDs can affect you, yes. However HIV isn't instantaneously picked up on a blood test; it takes time to mutate your blood cells. In fact there will be about a 6-month period before they will test you for HIV and they may do a second test a few months later if it comes back negative just to be certain.

I would absolutely wholeheartedly abstain from sex with any individual, condom or not, until you have a clear understanding of what is going on with your own sexual health.

As far as being late for your period - sounds like stress of wondering if you've contracted HIV is causing you to be late.
