Anyone on their feet all day 8-10hrs??

I'm 28+3 and I'm a cashier so I am standing all day in one spot. I get to take short walks when I'm not busy and I got a drs note for me to sit once and a while but can't really do that being as I'm ringing people up. I get a couple breaks but I'm still on my feet a lot. Anyways I hurt so bad during the day back stomach so many braxton Hicks feet etc. Anyone in the same position or have any suggestions on if there's anything that can help me. Thank you

Me!! I constantly walk...squat...and bend all day long...my feet are so swollen by the end of the day it hurts to even put them down...I only get one 30min and one 15min...by the end of the shift I'm in so much pain...its terrible I'm .31+1....  I can't wait to take my leave next month.....all I can say is make sure to drink enough water and try eating little snacks through out the day.

Thank you. I drink tons of water which makes me go to the bathroom a lot and my employees don't like it cuz I have to have someone come cover for me all the time. LOL to bad. Ahh but the pain of standing there is horrible! I'm glad someone knows how I feel. Have you tried any type of back brace or anything?
