Still no changes :/

Went to the doctor on Thursday and I was still only a centimeter dilated. My due date is any where between this Wednesday and next Sunday, but since I'm not showing any signs of labor they wanna induce me this week. Seeing the doctor on Tuesday to schedule the appointment. So, what happens when they induce you? Like, how is it done?

How do the give the meds to you to start it? People say through the vagina and others say through an IV so I have no idea lol. Does it hurt more when they induce?

I'm not sure I'm 37 weeks 5 days and my doctor wants to induce me on the 21st which is next Wednesday but he said if I don't thin out or dialate anymore between now and then he might not be able to induce because it could put to much stress on the baby and cause me to have an emergency csection so I have been walking like crazy and hopefully I will have made some progress by then

I know how you feel! I'm 4 days over due, and being induced Wednesday. They will most likely give you cervadil and then pitocin to get labor going.
