Try room temp sprite or 7up. Saltines. Lemon drops. Ginger ale. Preggie pops. All those things kind of helped when I had it bad. I lost 20 lbs in my first and beginning of second trimester BC of morning sickness

I was like that, but is something normal , for me no medecine helped me, so i just had to.deal with it not easy tho. But im feeling better now 21wks&1day <3
