I pumped everyday for 3 days straight and that's when I started dilating. It also brought on contractions.
If you have a beast pump then pump for a little while. If you don't have a pump then just rub your nipples. The stimulation is the only real proven way to help Kickstart labor. Also walking, sex and orgasms seem to help.
