Breasts-sensitive because of giving birth?

My breasts have been tender and sensitive for a few months now. Almost constantly. I took pregnancy tests and even got my blood drawn in Oct. to check for pregnancy. Nada! I just got done spotting for TWO very long weeks (I usually have 2-day periods). What the heck could be going on? Even now they are sore. I just thought it was because I gave birth but that was almost 9 months ago and I quit breastfeeding when she was 2 months old.

Then I thought they were sore because they're a lot bigger since having two children (in the "D" range).

So I'm just confused, wondering what my body is doing. I haven't had CM for a long time, so I don't think I'm pregnant or have been ovulating. ???? I know everyone is different and lack of CM probably doesn't mean much.

did you test again as your last test was oct a lot could have happened
did you get a bra fitted properly as this would make them sore if it did not fit quite right as they are now bigger
i think you should ask your doc to do a hormone profile it see what is going on it would tell you if y ou are ovulating to
