My next appointment on Jan. 2nd I'll be exactly 20weeks .. should I find out what the gender is that day .. the obgyn didn't tell me ? Or do they have to schedule an ultrasound first?

I get an ultrasound every 4 weeks... when I was 12 weeks, my doctor told me at my 16 week check up,  I would be having a gender reveal scan. 20 weeks is usually when you get an anatomy scan and they can check the gender if you want them to. Calling them  wouldn't hurt,  but I would assume they would do your scan which would lead to them telling you the gender

You should call & ask them. Cz they would've told you it's you atomony scan
