Implantation or AF?
I need some advise…..
On 8dpo I had a temp dip. It went from 98.1 the previous day to 97.5. My coverline temp is 97.2, so even this dip was still above my coverline. My first thought was it might be an implantation dip. I also had horrible sharp stabbing pains on my left side only (which is the side I O'd from this month). I took a hpt that night and got a BFN.
I’m 11 dpo today. The sharp stabbing pains have persisted and my temps have been hanging out at 97.5 - 97.7 since 8 dpo (lower than what they had been but still above my coverline). This morning, I had some brown spotting only when I wiped (nothing in my underwear), and it was only there the first two times I went to the bathroom. I’m just not sure if this is implantation bleeding or if it means AF may show up early (AF isn’t due to arrive until 15dpo). I’ve never had this happen before. I took another hpt w/ FMU and got another BFN.
Do any of you have any experience with something like this? I just don’t want to continue to keep my hopes up if this most likely means that AF is coming earlier than normal.

Thank you so much for your response! It ended up being the beginning of AF's arrival. Hopefully, this next cycle will end in a BFP! Keeping my fingers crossed!
Hi! I just read your post (two days late). Is there anything new to report? If your temperatures stay above your coverline for more than 18 days, then it's quite possible you're preggos!
I had a similar experience in August, both with the spotting and CM. All the reading materials literally went either way. It was a toss up. Unfortunately for me it was a BFN. Keep us informed. Good luck!

Update...I've had nothing since this morning (8hrs ago) until now. Just went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was clear stretchy CM w/ a little blood in it (tmi, sorry). But still nothing on the pantyliner I put on this morning. I've never had anything like this before either. I'm so confused!
Why is that when we are not ttc are cycles are as perfect as can be...just like clock work. Then, when we do start ttc our cycles start doing weird things??? I just don't get it.....
