Personally I wouldn't take otc drugs to help go to sleep when pregnant.  So here is my natural-way advice: take a warm bath, put on some cozy socks, eat a healthy snack, like a bowl of strawberrIes,  hot tea, watch something good on tv, put your feet up & just relax. You'll fall asleep eventually. As long as your body is at rest, that counts just as much as sleep. Im a stay at home mom so I can do that,  but if you're working,  prob wanna try a different approach. Like, taking a brisk walk before in the evening,  a warm bath,  and a cup of hot tea before bed.  Should do the trick.

As your doctor about taking melatonin.  It's a natural so om sure it won't hurt u or the baby, but after a week of taking it, it should make it more easier for you to fall asleep.
