wont stop bleeding

This is like the 5th time I'm spotting and when I wipe it's reddish pink no pain nothing I have been in bed since I got off work doctors don't know what's going on my cervix is still closed baby is still moving like crazy heartbeat is still beating. What is this?? I'm a ftm and it's confusing and frustrating. Haven't had sex so it's not that. Can someone explain to me what this is or anyone been through this been happening since I was about 14 weeks I'm 21 weeks now.

Def not bleeding anymore it's at random times I was put on pelvic rest but I haven't done anything really just lay down

I been bleeding too, went to hospital last week and blood wasn't coming from.baby so everything seemed fine I'm only like 7-8 weeks and I get bad cramps, headaches and bleeding, he told me as long as u don't fill up a pad in an hour for 3 hours straight i was ok..I was able to see baby heart beat and bleeding coming from under cervix, I am annoyed of the blood and I'm scared all the time

Well same problem with me.dr put on bed rest.did ultrsound at 9 week according to tht  baby fine n cyst on rite side.again bleed wid cramps n feel like swelling at lower abdomen rite side at 13.5 week did ultrasound acc to tht baby fine.

It's not even a lot just spotting every time they check still nothing. I had polyps on my cervix when I was 5 weeks and 9 weeks and I haven't gotten them since but he said they usually cause bleeding but there isn't any so idk

I've heard of women getting clots in their vagina during pregnancy that can bleed intermittently, also I bled quite a lot in the first 3 months. But I would press your doctors to keep looking for answers of you're worried

I did I was just at the doctors on Thursday and everything was fine my cervix was nice and closed and the baby was fine. I'm tired of going to the doctors and they find nothing wrong. I guess it just happens in pregnancy

Get a second  opinion I had brown spotting  with  my first  pregnancy and my doctor  kept saying nothing  is wrong it's fine they didn't see a problem  but then I miscarried at 20 weeks my cervix  was closed till the day I miscarried

I drink water everyday I always have a water bottle on hand. I still don't know what the problem is. Its so frustrating lol like why meee

Make sure it drinking enough fluids... I had this around 10 weeks... Was on bed rest... My doctor said I was dehydrated..

I've been to the doctors 3 times!!! And they still don't know what's going on. My doctor is well aware of this it's on record.
