Which one of them is the Dad to be?

My friend has been with her boyfriend for a very long time. They moved in togeather in april 2007. On the 18th of august, she had a date with a male friend and they had sex. the first day of her last menstrals was the 3rd of august. she discovered she was pregnant in september after a missed period. The boyfriend she stays with or her friend? she has been sleeping wiht her boyfriend before and after the date with the other guy. Whom of the two is the dad to be? please help!

By doing the math she would have most likely ovulated around the 17th of August if you count 14 days from the 3rd, but she may have ovulated later or she may have a different cycle than a 28 day cycle.  I think Corine is right on the money.... she'll need a paternity test.  Has she told her live-in boyfriend about this encounter with the other guy?  I really don't know what I would do in her case.  Good luck to her!

The only way she will know is when the baby is born and they have a Paternety test or if she wants to know before the baby is born they can do an amniocentesis. The only thing is with that test is that it may cause some risk to the baby, like early rupture of the membranes.....
