Numb Right hand

I am 32w1d and this is my third pregnancy but my second was a MC. I never had troubles with my first but this pregnancy every other night I have issues with my right hand going numb and getting all tingly and it lasts a good five minutes any suggestions

Omg I get that all the time but it really hurts like cramp but numb at the same time ha i thought it was just me.

Happens to me all the time. I wake up and my hand is under my head, so i just assume its the weight. ..well in my case, lol but the blot clots thing makes sense now too haha

Ftm 37 n 5days now, had that since 30 weeks n  it so extreme that my body could not take it n i got awaked by it. I was told its normal by m/w

* don't sleep on ur right side cos blood flows to the baby on that side so if u do u r applyin pressure on it, if u do sleep on it make sure u change every few minutes.  Do not fold it or sleep on ur top of your hand. Change its position every now n then. It works for me.
