Do twins take longer to show up on a test

im showing signs of pregnancy. like neasua, dizziness, headaches, backaches, frequant urination, mood swings, increased appitite, and breast tenderness. i took a test two weeks ago and it was negative. I won't have the money for another test until the 10th. this will be my first child or children.

A blood work is more accurate.  Some home tests do not detect the low HCG

No. A pregnancy (single or multiples) would show in the same amount of time.
