D&C help please

Hi I have another question about d&c. I had a d&c on may 14 everything went good doc said all test came back and she was able to get everything. So after I have had hardly any bleeding only a little when i use the bathroom now all of a sudden the past three days it has been alot more and it is actually red instead of brown. Shouldnt the bleeding stop instead of get worse? and how long does it last? It is just a constant reminder of what happened.
