I just went to the toilet for a number two, i have noticed ive seemed abit sore and chapped lately and when i wioed the was fresh red blood. Only tiny drops,i think its from my bum but not sure. im going to give it a bit and check again. Not sure why im telling you, but thought if i text my mum or boyf they would get worried

Ohh that sore when torn too :( u should be able get some cream from the doc, id still eat lots of stuff to make ur poos soft tho to help it heal faster and avoid sex as it can make the tear on that part worse.

Just checked again and it is the skin between my vagina and bum, its sore and bleeding a little bit. like i said id noticed all week i felt abit chapped. Doesnt help that im going to the toilet that much now i seem to be constantly wiping.

Have u been straining to go for a #2? Possible that uve torn the exit, just put a wet wipe over ur bum, dont wipe then if u bring it away n theres blood theb its from ur bum, if not put another wet wipe against ur vigina and see if theres blood there. Ive torn my anus loads from being constipated and straining and too stubborn to take anything for it, the doc can normally see the tear if its on the outside and will give u some cream. In the mean time eat lots of fruit (oranges particlarly) and drink lots of water to soften ur poos! X
