My hospital provides everything for baby. Diapers wipes lotion powder butt paste they bring nipples and little throw away bottles. They don't give onsies but just a little shirt. And blanket..pacifiers. You should pack a set of loose fitted clothes. An outfit to go home in for you and baby. Shampoo soap toothpaste...etc just everything you would need if you were going to a friends house for the night.

Focus more on packing for you. You'll def need the baby mittens (learned that from personal experience). You might want to bring a pacifier if you plan on using one. Maybe a couple sleepers and onesies for baby and their car seat and anything they are going to wear going home. Also, if its cold where you live bring a warm blanket or something similar. Babies are used to being nice and warm in your belly so being out in the cold is not something they're used to.

My hospital does not provide all that! I would call the hospital to find out. We actually get a list of this they have available.  They get a hat to keep and a blanket and onsie thing to use while in the hospital but that is pretty much it.  They will supply very few diapers and tiny disposable bottles/formula if your baby needs them. Obviously if you came empty handed with nothing on an emergency basis they would have you covered.

You may want to call the hospital as well and see what the provide. At the hospital I'm delivering at they don't supply pacifiers! So if I want my babies(I'm having twins) to have a pacifier I have to provide my own.

An outfit or two. The hospital provides blankets, onsies, swaddlers, burp clothes, pacifiers.  What you pack as far as outwear and blankets depends on when your due.
