Last Ultrasound?

ill be 36 weeks tomorrow. and i keep hearing people talking about a last ultrasound. is there a last ultrasound before like 40 weeks? whats it for? does everyone get one?

oo alright. cuz someone told me they had a last one and the baby was measured, and they wanted to see where the placenta was, and check for where the cord was. but alright.

My last ultrasound with my doc was always around the 20 week mark. If you are a high risk pregnancy, then they'll do another one until baby is born, and probably during labor. Otherwise, you probably won't have another!
