14weeks. experiences??

Okay so im 14w3d and last night in the car I felt some weird pain like feeling in my lower back on the left side kinda behind my hip.  It only lasted like 4-5 minutes. It felt kinda like a spasm or something.   I tried kinda hitting the area a little to see if it would stop but didn't.  (I didn't hit it hard) but does anyone know if that has to do with pregnancy &at this stage of it? Im also constipated to if that means anything & can always feel like my insides are moving around so I can poop but no luck :/ can u guys tell me about this experience and what else to expect during this time of my pregnancy.  TIA :)

Did it feel like a jolt? I had sciatica with my first pregnancy and I would feel a strange sensation from my lower back down my leg. The doctor said the baby was pressing on a nerve.

i had that happen n i was told it could be the baby moving or ur insides streatching, many things when ur pregnant.
i dont recomend hitting ur self again try just rubbing it, that helps make it go away faster.

i got a lot of pain around that time and i had a bunch of back pain, cramps, constipation, legs n feet swelling but the best part for me was i felt her moving a lot more inside my belly
but all pregnancys r different so u might not get any of that
