He doesn't have to be the one to sign it your mom could sign it!
Okay thanks hun, I couldnt find much online but will try see if my midwife knows where tl go. Not long till you meet your little one goodluck hope the next month goes fast :-)
I'm not sure different states have different guidelines this is something I planned on talking to my fiancé about this weekend bc I'm due next month. I do however think that it would come down to who would be rightfully fit to take care of the baby but if I were you I'd research the state laws regarding it
Yeah I plan on it as soon as baby is here, do I need BD to sign anything in the will? I just dont think he will be impressed because he is a selfish prick! He wabts his family to be in control of everything
I'd write up a will just to save all the back nd fourth drama that would happen between the 2 families.
I was reading that god parents only get them when they are legally documented on papers. So if I hadn't chosen god parents yet, wondering if my baby would goto my mum or his family. I would much rather my baby with my mum.
Usually people choose one or more god parent(s). This is a person you feel comfortable with if in the unfortunate event that you and your childs father pass. This person takes on the responsibility of raising your child.
