Make sure you're eating or snacking all throughout the day. That helps a ton! Also peppermint helped me a ton!! But a more permanent solution is eating. I was nauseous 24/7 for a month but finally started snacking every 2 hours and it has pretty much gone away. And honestly, I threw up once and it helped too, lol. I know throwing up is not ideal and I wouldn't force it, but it eased my stomach. Hope that helps a bit!
Soup made it worse for me I would throw it right back up! But coke works so good for nausea. Just take a few sips and it'll settle your stomach :)
Lemons helped me a lot. I also sucked on hard candies. Jolly Ranchers and Lemon heads saved me during the day when I felt like crap. Soup and toast helped me as well, to be able to eat something sufficient during my first trimester.
