Weird sharp pain when turning in bed.

So after I fell asleep a couple of hours ago I have been turning back and forth obviously because of how uncomforrable I feel, but every single time I turn my body now I feel this sharp very strong pain in my vagina and it hurts extremwly bad. It only hurts when I put pressure to turn over or get up from the toilet or spread out my legs, is it normal? Btw im 38 weeks...

I get them too! My doctor said they are most likely round ligament pains that happen when the uterus is being stretched
